The subject of UN resolutions is a world apart from preemptive, unilateral invasion and government toppling. Otherwise, Shrubbery would be derelict in his duty as CIC by not having invaded North Korea.

After all, NK is a great deal more likely to have nuclear weapons or, LOL, nuclear weapons program related activities than Iraq had in the last decade. Why aren't we toppling the regime there? It has, arguably, the potential to make program to make weapons that could perhaps hit Seattle.

At the least, it could hit Japan or China both of whom we rely on to prop up our current account. Why aren't we sending 150,000 soldiers to sit on the South Korean border?

Ooops. We don't have 150,000 soldiers available as they are already deployed everywhere else.

That doesn't make me feel safe.
