Two issues made me as uncomfortable as I have ever been with a stock. One: the new financing. Two: the possible reverse split. Last spring QDRX claimed that the 3+million would carry them through this year. It increased o/s stock to 40 million and dropped the price from $1 to $.50. Any new debentures will dilute the stock further. Maybe good for Palermo but bad for shareholders. A reverse split will kill the investors. 10 to 1 will create a "$5" stock and look magical to rookies but it will never see $5 and will wind up around $2.5 after the initial "support". Meanwhile all the debenture people will short until they drop. Too many broken promises for me. Add in other players entering the game and all the "odd" e-mail insiders hype and this wasn't for me. Looking at the 10-Q I'm amazed any one can put a positive spin on a bunch who stated the ADP suit would have no effect on operations. Huh????
How many 100,000's shares do they have to sell at a discounted price to cover their loss? No trust for management. Add a new CFO and ask yourself what are these guys up to?

Two times to sell a stock: 1/ to gather your profits. 2/ Before you lose your shirt.
