Dear Sonki, I think that Applied Materials is a good core stock for long holding. I did not check to see what the Pe on it at this time is but it was moving over $100 per share today. What are you going to do with this stock if it keeps moving up? We do get those severe thunder storms especially in the summer and I have to be concerned with power surges as I do not want to jeapordize my computer even though I do have it connect to a power surge. Yes, California is a beautiful state and it was almost a year ago September that we had our lovely tour out there. Thank you for suggesting that I come out there and live. I thought I heard of much flooding and fires out there after we came back. In fact for a time route #1 was closed due to fires along the Big Sur. We are not sure where we want to settle down when retired but I know that I want to be a world traveler. Have a nice evening Frank
