Kansas,

If you want to look into it for yourself, here's some links. One to JTS, the other to Compaq. Both are spec pages. There are some slight inconsistencies (spin rate 4103/4200 rpm and height 12.5mm/12.7mm), but it looks like the JTS Nordic to me. Other JTS releases describe the height as 12.7mm which is consisent with the Compaq specs.

The top limk is the spec page for the new Armada 7300. The other is for JTSs 2.1 meg Nordic. Given the height, transfer rate, removability, smart technology and spin rate, I looks like a match. I'm gonna look for some info on the Compaq "Docking Tower" which sounds like an idea many of us kicked around last year and a side benefit of the Nordic design. I'll get back to you if I find anything.

Scott
