Here's the bottom line: Democrats say Bush duped them, but the truth is that Saddam in his massive ego trip duped the world. Even your hero Bill Clinton was duped into thinking Saddam had WMD, and this was well before Bush took office. Funny thing is that the dupe worked a little too well thanks to the hawkishness of the Bush administration, and now Saddam is in custody and humiliation because of it. Funny......all we had to do is wait a couple months for the weapons inspectors to do their jobs and find out the truth. But Bush couldn't wait! You never answer that question. Why couldn't Bush wait two months? Europe could wait, the Clintons could wait, the UN could wait, Canada could wait, Mexico could wait etc......but Bush couldn't wait. Lives have been lost, people wounded and maimed, billions spent because Bush couldn't wait two months. This is no longer an issue of partisanship but rather about a president who has questionable judgement and who mislead the nation. ted
