The point is that missy here is mudslinging. She has no reason to doubt my honesty. She has never witnessed an exchange where my honesty has been dubious (because there never has been any such exchange).
She is cooking up allegations in her head and slinging them my way, because... well, who knows what passes for thought in her head? The reality of the matter is that she is saying something that is not true. That means she is lying.
Does anyone here care? I do. Not just about myself. I would respond in the same way if she were calling you names as well, making allegations she cannot support and in all likelihood knows are not true.
If you post on political threads on this site, or on unmoderated stock threads, you knowingly and willingly run the risk of getting targeted for mistakes or wild statements.

Foxlette here should learn that people can hold different opinions and that does not give her the right to slander them. She could also do well to take note that people can criticize her country's foreign policy without hating her, her friends she goes to lunch with, and her entire nation.
The fact that I do NOT descend into her level of petty personal attacks does NOT mean I "cannot take the heat". It means I am familiar with the logical fallacy called "ad hominem". It also means I believe humans to be a better race than snarling scavengers, and should thus be able to exchange opinions in a civil manner, respecting to other's right to her own opinion.
