Hi Marshall,

I did some backtracking to figure the Unit revenues as we know them
for 2Q '96, 3Q '96 and 2Q '97. Here's what I come up with. I suggest
everybody copy them down.

(in millions $......2Q96..................3Q96.................2Q97

Woodfield............3.4...................3.7..................3.0

MOA..................2.8...................3.2..................2.9

Gurnee...............0.9(June only)........2.7..................0.7(June only)

DW.....................N/A.................5.3(68 days only).....9.0

Total revenues for operations in the 2Q were $23.5 million. Subtracting
Woodfield, MOA and DW revenues leaves $8.6 million. Southcoast was about
$1.0 million for June. That leaves $7.6 for Sawgrass, Tysons and Gurnee.
My guess is Gurnee had a much worse April and May than it's June. So I'm
estimating it revs to be $1.6 million. That gives Sawgrass and Tyson's
about $3.0 million apiece. Anybody want to add any fine tuning to that?

Now for a stab at next quarters revenues from domestic operations.

DW...$9.0 (Can it go any higher?)

Woodfield...$3.5 (closing the same store sales gap to 5%)

MOA...$3.3 (still trending up 3-4% in same store sales)

Gurnee...$2.3 (same store sale off about 15% as a guess)

Sawgrass...$3.3 ( should get a 10% boost over summer from 2Q)

Tyson's...$3.3 (same 10% boost as above)

Southcoast...$3.3 (if indeed this is a $12 million Unit,3Q should be tops.

The Source...$1.0 (RAIN's going to neeed to get this puppy up ASAP for revs)

Domestic Total revenues........$29 million

If 12.5% gets to the bottom line like 2Q thats Net Income of $3.625 million
for our domestic units. The key here is can RAIN get The Source operating
by early September?

Using the same Weighted Average Shares Outstanding of 17,817,657 that yields
earnings per share of 20.3 cents.

Next to figure out RAINs international take for 3Q.
And then add that to net income.

Regards,
Dennis
