Should Bush admit he was wrong? He wasn't. The Intel was wrong. He has no reason to do a "mea culpa."

you're talking about personal and political pride over statesmanship.

the best way imo to diffuse the charges of lying and to get our focus back is to acknowledge the problem followed by a call for unity on where we are now and where we go from here. thoughtful reflection followed by renewal of purpose is effective and constructive. what we need imo is 'let bygones be bygones.'
