Update on Progress of Baffinland Listing as of Jan 29, 2004 All 'questions and deficiencies' were resolved and the file is now before the Executive Listing Committee of the TSX Venture Exchange. Once there are no further issues, then the stock will be granted conditional listing and will start trading within a few days. We must apologise for the delay, however the TSX Venture Exchange is a bit trying. The TSX Ventures is the resultant combination of Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal and the former COATS Exchanges and many of these questions and deficiencies should have been requested or required at the beginning of the filing process rather than at the end.
