Whatever happened to, "The buck stops here." ? He has the buck on the war on Terrorism. But not on the Intel. What gets me is the world wide agreement on the Intel. US, Britain, France, Israel. Saddam's behavior is crazy. We are back to the old CIA "Wog Factor" again. You can't count on a ME leader to be rational.
