How can the claim of "bad intelligence" be made when a parade of intelligence officers and career state department and cabinet employees in the US, Britian and Australia were all pre-war complaining that policymakers were slanting the intelligence.

Now had WMD been found, those complaints should fall on deaf ears.

That no WMD has been found, some credence must be given to those who complained prior to the Iraq invasion.
