Yogizuma, Poor results from the public school system even though we pay more per student than most countries, has finally resulted in the American middle class getting the shaft from large corps. GW Bush is aiding & abetting the sell out. Corporations have hired sly foxes who convince county development corps that a Walmart would bring thousands of jobs to the area & then insist on tax abatement for the privilege. As you said, as a result local taxpayers pay the bill while WMT & other corps get free pass for 12yrs, then they're free to move on to another community & pull the same scam on it. When will citizens wake up to this "stupid" strategy & pressure these low-wage corps to offer truly family supporting wages rather than $9hr & limited benefits for their tax exemptions?
