OK Here's one.

If yo're going to design a tax cut, design it with equity so that the benefit is shared equally by all taxpayers. Not lopsided where a higher percentage benefit goes to wealthy people.

That would be fair. What he did was biased towards his base, the owning class. Same with the dividend tax cut.
