damn, if it can be sold over the counter, non-prescription, then why bother with the New Drug Application and the FDA ? screw them - you know it works ( proven ) and why bother jumping through FDA red-tape ? just market it like you'd market Chap-Stick mix in some SPF Sunblock and Lidakol into a waxy base and you've got a product that would pobably sell like hot cakes what's the hang up ??? they should have done this long ago
