Kerry will spend less than Bush and pay for it better.
You cannot possibly spend more and tax less than Bush, making for the largest deficits in mankind's history and a total reversal of the Clinton surpluses. If Bush gets back in power we'll have a 13 trillion debt by 2010 according to experts. That means the nation will either be bankrupt or the dollar will be cut in half. Either way we'll be a far weaker nation because of fiscal recklessness.
