The costs of two wars must be pulled out when looking forward. Yes Kerry will tax more and spend more, that I have doubt about. Pay for it better means he will jack up taxes...instead of spending less. Are you from Wash? LOL, A creative way of saying it... Kerry will spend less than Bush and pay for it better.
