"Yes the Iraqi War was started by the current administration "

So you, Jill & countless others don't think UN Resolution
687 is a legal document? It is, in fact, the Gulf War
Cease Fire Agreement. It clearly lays out that Saddam is
required to eliminate all offensive weapons, all of its
WMD's & all of its WMD programs. This is to be done under
international supervision.

UN Resolution 687 also required Saddam to stop all of its
crimes against humanity & to end all ties to terrorist
organizations, ET AL.

Any violation of the Cease Fire Agreement would allow the
immediate resumption of hostilities. This resolution was
to remain in effect until the UN could verify that Saddam
was in complete compliance.

The US & the UN bent over backwards for more than 12 years
while Saddam relentlessly violated UN Resolution after UN
Resolution, all stemming from Resolution 687.

Regardless of your perception of reality, this one fact
alone proves that the Bush Admin did not start the Iraqi
war. And any reasonable person has to realize there were
many other significant factors all at play here.

No doubt the way liberal media & liberal politicians have
misrepresented, distorted & outright lied, I can
understand how & why so many folks do not have the vaguest
idea what really went on.

I'm sure you all know about the latest revelation about
the documents found in Iraq showing that Saddam bribed
numerous politicians, journalists, etc., to get them to
support Saddam & work toward removing all of the sanctions
& the inspections? I have noticed that most major media
outlets have ignored it like almost every other revelation
that shows the lies & deceit from the liberal left
regarding Bush & Iraq.

Yup, perceptions & reality. Often at odds with each other
& most folks don't bother finding the difference between
the two.
