Tofu (and other legumes) have an uphill battle with elk, deer, beef, fish, and eggs. Humans dump most of the protein they intake and that high protein diet is unnecessary and unhealthy. A proper veggie diet has all one needs. B12 is a problem until you learn to enjoy brewers yeast. len
