Verizon reports Q4 Verizon added a net of 203,000 DSL lines in the fourth quarter 2003, the company's largest quarterly gain in DSL lines in two years. Verizon ended the year with more than 2.3 million DSL lines, representing a net of 649,000 additional DSL lines since year-end 2002, a growth rate of 38.9 percent. Verizon relies on Visual Insight for the performance management of its DSL network. visualnetworks.com "In 2003, Verizon once again demonstrated the strength of its business model," said Chairman and CEO Ivan Seidenberg. "We are winning customers in markets new to Verizon, such as sophisticated data services to large businesses."
