Will Bush's budget contain the war and Medicare overruns costs this time? Last tme he left the war costs out and tried to hoodwink the American people. The CBO just announced Bush's Medicare plan will cost more than twice as must as Bush reported. Just like the war costs more than twice as much as Bush reported.
