out of curiosity, is there a reason you feel the need to YELL in 95% of your posts? you raise some valid concerns, at least in this case, but when you bold everything you say, it's like yelling non stop...is this how you conduct a conversation offline?

perhaps if you were a little less self important, you would be more effective in your communication

just a suggestion/question, hopefully you can answer in a productive manner, and without the use of bold
