what is your basic question? BTW there is a HUGE difference between self employed folks who set up shop because their services are in such high demand they can make more money that way vs. regular employent, ala 1990s, vs. what we have today where there is NO WORK and pretty much everybody is a "consultant" trying to make it on what little scraps they can get. The fact that the Bush administration is looking at household employment as some sort of plus doesn't fool anybody. The CBO is projecting another 2 million permanently unemployed between now and June. That makes 5 million permanently unemployed or 4% of the total workforce, pathetic and amazing.
