Carl, every single intelligence agency believed that Saddam had WMD programs, advanced, with some stocks. Every single intelligence agency. Including the French and the Germans. So the fact that Saddam didn't have them, he just made the Iraqis and the rest of the world believe he had them, may be a problem, but it's an intel problem, not a problem of my logic. Most intel assumes that the subject a) has some purpose to his decisions b) and will act as he as acted in the past. If the subject starts acting crazy, intel will a problem.
