Kevin,

Your point was well made - better than mine. I was trying to make the point that "quality" food (not necessarily healthy - but often times it is) is pushing out some of the slop that the fast food giants are pushing. For instance, I think Wendy's beats McDonalds on taste and quality almost hands down - is either one healthy? No.
