I watched Kay today on Lehrer. Laid it out nice and simple. He may as well be running interference for the Administration. This is going to stick it to CIA. With the Senate Intel committee findings saying the same thing as Kay, I'd hope they get rolled into reforming how they do their business.

The one thing Kay said that we've heard before is that we don't have enough human intelligence. We can't see what is really going on inside these societies, so we missed the breakdown in Iraq.
