Re: What I believe is that Kofi Annan, along with France, Germany, and Russia, decided to drag their feet with regard to getting the UN involved in rebuilding efforts in Iraq.

Gimme a break!! "Rebuilding" efforts?!? What is there exactly to rebuild in Iraq???? Did you carpet-bomb the main cities --like Dresden in February 1945? A blown-up pipeline here... a sabotaged refinery there... a collaterally damaged milk factory over here... an arsoned hotel over there... and, oh yes, art museums that were pillaged by your own soldiery early on.... Bottom line: there's about nothing to "rebuild" in Iraq, but you won't blurt it, will you? No, you artfully spin it otherwise: you want France and Europe to join in the OCCUPATION of Iraq --and stamp it "rebuilding". What next? How far will the Judeocons push their luck afterwards?? Perhaps Israel will ask the French to help "police" Gaza and the West Bank? At that point, a joint NATO invasion of Syria will merely be a moot point.... And, of course, Iran will be within an ace of a pre-emptive strike by Euro-Israelo-US bombers....

I told you: nobody --in Europe-- urged you to attack Iraq... You can't handle Israel's blackmail? You can't check your Israeli problem child? Too bad. You're stewing in your own sh*t.
