I think the fact that the payments are to be made in CASH is highly significant.

$3 million in cash over 3 years, no name for the "consultant" and this entry in the 10QSB/A is the first time it has appeared in CYPT's SEC filin

The "consultant" is guaranteed $3 million in cash, there's no published contract, and it seems there's no performance stipulation.
