gus. You said...." LOL... Why lorne, when Europe's brain-drain to the US will dribble to a slow trickle, you'll be the first to cry foul! Your best universities and tech institutes will be swarming with Chinese, Hindu, and Malaysian students ".... And just why would those with brains want to leave Europe? Chinese, Hindu, Malaysian students. There are many here now because they know that the very best education is in the USA or Canada. IMO After they get their education most go back to their own countries to up grade their own systems. So how come you didn't stay in the USA..I mean if there is a brain drain and all.....oh, sorry I see you didn't qualify. :-)
