I have yet to see a "professinal arms inspector" who I would trust to bread chicken. Were Kay being truely honest, he would simply have to admit that:
He had the job of finding out the DISPOSITION of the WMD's, NOT finding the WMD's themselves (which may just as easily have been re-possessed by the French, Germans, and Russians, who sold Saddam the wherewithall, and never got PAID.)
He spent far too little time on that job to even scratch the surface.
Then he got mad and QUIT when they cut his resources, after it was determined that he was useless, and the resources misallocated.
And, finally-by the time he quit-he, personally, had FAILED to even develop a THEORY as to where the WMD's were sent (or hidden).
Maybe we should quit giving jobs to these "specialists", and just send a few chicken breaders over there... |
