With regard to RCO. I believe there was a merger completed very recently and the co is now Incorporated in the State of Delaware. I the co was previously named Medis or something like that. I think they are positioning themselves for serious growth and the street is thinking the same. All this can change,but for now the sentiment is Bullish.
