Believe it or not, nowadays and in the last 5 years, there are more opportunities in their own countries. At least the Pacific Rim Asians. I know many of them and they are flourishing (financial and business sense), including a few whom I thought would not do that well.

I have yet to digest this phenomena. Twenty - thirty years ago this would not be the case. Land of opportunities has always been in the US. Not so anymore.
