The ONLY published information on the Consultant Agreement is what is in the 10QSB/A (No 1), and that does not show a copy of the actual Consultant Agreement.

This agreement just "appeared" in the 10QSB/A, does not appear in any other SEC filing by CYPT, and a search for a key phrases, including "$675,000", has failed to turn up anything.

I find the CASH stipluation very suspicious indeed, and sent the 10QSB/A extracts to the SEC. Maybe they can explain why a $3 million cash contract is not recorded in the public domain.
