The Iraq for oil issue is completely idiotic... if that were true, then why didn't we just roll into Kuwait and declare an instant victory... or Mexico... or Canada... and besides, even if it were indeed true that we took Iraq for the oil, that absurd argument says it pardons that mass butcher we just found hiding in a rat hole... the Iraq for oil argument is shallow at best, it reflects a considerable degree of unthinking stupidity on the part of those who insist using the oil thing as the reason we took Iraq... incredible... GZ
