larry, i rememeber the meeting we had in '84 when cpq got there big Govt' marketing and sells director. he had like 25-30 yrs of experience in gov't sales and was outlining to me how they had all these special requirements on everything and could my group deliver the special systems needed to sell to the gov't. I said "you bet",, Then he challenged me with a special requirement for invoicing the gov't and said that he had a 5 million dollar order if I could handle it!!!!!!!!!. I said " look, for an order that big I'll hand type the invoices on the back of an orange peel if that's what they need"<ggg> He laughed and never doubted again. He was from a big compnay where all their I/S had down to him was say "no" no no no and no Cpq's come a long way
