To everyone;

Yesterday at the annual meeting we were informed that the 10QSB was submitted on the 12th.to the SEC This is for June 30, 1997. For those who can't sleep it is now available Try the SEC, Edgar Alert or Yahoo Edgar online.

If it was available as a handout at the meeting I certainly didn't see it and doubt that the company would of been that considerate. It's great if you are a history buff but has no value for real time. Would like to check it for questionable statements but don't have the time. Perhaps some of our sleuth's can run the fine tooth comb through it to see what falls out
