OK, so that's what you think Bush and Cheney were saying back when we were debating on the Don't Start the War thread. Are you telling us also that's what you were saying back then?

And, really, are missles capable of going 50 miles past the proscibed limit really all that much of a threat? And how do we know Kay's notes relative to programs weren't taken from Baghdad University or the professors associated with the university?

I think you missed the part of Kay's presentation where he noted that Iraqi scientists didn't show any evidence of a program to build anything that Bush and Cheney said we should fear.
