Subscriber growth up 12% from prior quarter to 1.8 million. For the year, subscribers increased from 729K to 1.8M.

At 55M shares x $20, that puts the capitalization at $1.1B, or $611 per subscriber and the annualized revenues $55M x 4 = $220M, or $122/subscriber.

Does that mean one would pay $611 today for $122 revenue per subscriber? Somebody correct my math, if I stray. Figures from biz.yahoo.com

What's a reasonable profit ratio to expect from revenues when they start to plateau?

What is likely to be the 5-year growth rate in subscribers and revenue per subscriber?

Anyone see some considered analysis of these last two figures?
