His mother was sick and he took care of her while being supported by the rest of the family. No income so he didn't file a tax form and the government took his savings. Made him a little nuts. I went by to drop something off to him yesterday and his house wasn't heated. His boiler needed repair and he started to work on it last summer. He's still looking for cheap parts. It was -5 in the house and he's living there. Sleeps inside of two sleeping bags.
