Jacque, et.al.:

There is continued skepticism on the part of many that this omission is because the amount is trivial. This may indeed be the case! However another explanation is an attempt by the company to continue to operate "under the radar" until all their ducks are aligned.

Continued skepticism is right, and for obvious reasons when you take a look at VLNC's 10 year history. And I seriously doubt management is forestalling any sales numbers/$$ release because of an attempt to stay low-key. If they had any numbers worthy of consideration I'm sure their PR would be singing like a canary from the highest tree tops (do canaries like tree-tops?). I'll allow that they said EVI purchased additional K-Charge systemS (plural). To bound the possible size, at least domestically, I believe someone over on YHOO mentioned EVI has sold something like 100 vehicles. Don't know the truth of that statement, but there ya go.

Don't get me wrong. I'm cautiously optimistic regarding the progress VLNC has made. Management has been pursuing a game plan, albeit slowly. If there's any proof to what they've stated in earlier calls then the second half of 2004 could be mighty interesting. So I hold a large block in VLNC, with a nice cost basis, just in hopes of garnering a nice profit from this possibility

It don't stop me, though, from intraday trading it (both short and long) for pleasure and profit. Well....mostly for profit. ;-) Yah gotta make your coinage however you can...I ain't playing this game for shytes and giggles. *Ahem!*

Hope things are well with you Jacques...

John~
