OT Hey Jay, this may sound stupid, but.... Out for dinner with my wife and one of my sons tonight and we got to talking about cultural adaptation and why cutlery didn't evolve uniformly in different parts of the world. My son then wondered "Do they have chopsticks in Mcdonalds in China?" Interesting question. Do they? CD
