Funny thing is that, no, I didn't make the Magic Johnson connection. I saw no reason why he wouldn't have been identified by name. Now that I've actually taken the time to browse the 10K, I see that Johnson isn't mentioned by name anywhere, so, yes, it's obvious that its him. I'm glad someone, i.e. you, are on the job (g).
I also confess to not following along on the RB thread except where I see signs of a "familiar" conspiracy theorist. So, sorry if I repeat things long ago hashed over. That being said, I'm curious if Magic Johnson is beholden to and has followed the FDA rules of product endorsement. Because if he's not going to be considered an insider and subject to the applicable SEC rules for being one, he and CYPT need to be cognizant of the FDA guidelines:
