I won't be voting for Kerry but surely you realize that the Dems can trace exactly the same self-serving strategies of every contribution made to Bush Campaign. Elections are bought in USA. That's why we desperately need campaign finance reform. I favor the British election campaign format. Place a cap on total spending for each office. It would eliminate the distortions that have handed power that was meant to be in hands of average voters in effect to the lobbyists(even foreign) & other special interests groups. Citizens opinions & concerns rarely get attention. Pre-election period we're in right now is the only tiny window of opportunity for average citizens opinions to be aired. Then we go back to business as usual--which has resulted in multi-national corps running USA into the ground.
