I am scared.I just sold 4 rental properties. Not if ,but when the interest rates start to go up,there are bound to be more properties on the market and therefore they would have been harder to sell at the price that I wanted for them. Also ,if TEOTWAWKI (sp) happens as you predict, rent will become much harder to collect. Our economy in Canada seems to be just fine, but the rental market seems to have tightened up in the last two years.Maybe things are not what they seem to be here either???
