Powell would significantly hurt Bush if he were the VP candidate. The Pro-Americans have rejected him for yeras because he is untrustworthy. It helps to remember WHY he never chose to run for president-he knew he'd be a sure loser.

Cheney is under attack by the domestic enemy because they have absolutely NO WAY to attack Bush himself, who has already established himself as not only one of history's greatest presidents, but is following one of the absolute WORST in history. Cheney is simply filling a traditional VP roll: He taking the enemy's heat so the principle can take advantage of his own positive image.

Were it not for Cheney's health, HE could easily beat any of the anti-American Dwarfs as a presidentail candidate. The left wing propaganda campaign and lies against Cheney have kept him in the spotlight, and made him a hero to the 80% of the public that is chafing at the bit to PURGE the anti-American Democrat enemy in November...
