John, I missed the $10M charge & will look into it. The Repubs yelp constantly about same old complaints they hammered into ground during Clinton Adm. Their outrages for past 3yrs might not have literally stained the oval office, but their pandering to loyalty-neutral & greedy multi-national corps with unfair NAFTA, WTO agreements are more immoral in the grand scheme of things. At least Clinton took advantage of only one young WH intern. So far, the Bush Adm has screwed millions of American workers with their downright incompetent handling of U.S. trade issues.
