Kerry hasn't provided health care for children OR balanced a budget. "Howling Hound dog Kerry" hasn't produced a major piece of legislation since he's been in Congress. He's gotta rich wife. And, he's rich,so I suppose he's spent his time in congress living the good Washington life. Now that Kerry is hot on the campaign trail again, perhaps he will really inhale real marijuana joints to spike him up b4 he tackles the audience. Kerry is so B-O-R-I-N-G that he's gotta do something to keep the audience awake. By the way, there isn't any way you can prove that Dean wouldn't balance budget or provide health care to children in Michigan.
