That will require a workforce that is highly educated.

I laugh when I see these statements. I have been competing for jobs locally, here in Scotland, where the education and ability of my competitors is first rate. There was one job where I didn't get past the second telephone interview, later I met some of the more successful applicants on a train station. They had been for the final interview, and some had be unlucky.

These were guys who had good university degrees, getting into their mid twenties and yet had not had the benefit of a full time job. I'm nearly fifty, and already had one good career, and I could not help feeling sorry for these poor guys who did everything but could not even get the low paid job I was also after.

The system is very farked up. I know that and don't need any economic expert to tell me otherwise. I intend of course to succeed even with a farked up system -g-
