Bill,

Canada has one of the heaviest tax system in the whole world, so you
have to take this into consideration, which is not good to the
regular income people. The data you mentioned Taiwan income is 50% of
Canada, I believe Taiwan's government underestimates huge incomes from
small retailers. Based on my judgement, it is over 50%. Taiwan has
90+ billion foreign reserve, ranked as #3 in the whole world.

I would never trade any stocks this year, and as always, I keep it as
long, and most of savings are placed in mutual funds.
