As I said, the highest quality yacht manufacturer that I know is here and they are putting up an additional building right now for their 150 ft yachts. They anticipate hiring over 100 more employees this year. They had a great year. Your information is faulty if you are going by your friend's yacht company. It sounds as if it is more a problem in the company.

You need to get to know the rich, what you believe they do is wrong.

Why have the very rich not created any jobs with their tax cuts? My friend who owns a bg yacht company even had a terrible year last year. The rich take the money and sock it away. They don't spend it. But the working class spend it right away. Therefore, if you want to stimulate you do two things, either give it to people who will spend it and the money percolates up, or you give tax breaks to those who create jobs and actually hire people. Bush's plan just makes idle rich people more rich and idle and transfers huge amounts of money from the public sector into private tax-free estates.
