It seems most likely that it's Johnson, even though some details don't appear consistent between the 10QSB/A and the Johnson contract. But why is he not named in the filing? Isn't his name supposed to be 'magic' to potential investors, and why not plug his involvment for the PR value? I think Johnson is keeping a very low profile for reasons of his own, and I don't know of any real endorsements by him, in spite of the $650,000 in cash he has been paid, assuming it is him in the 10QSB/A. Thanks for the FDA guide - I'll use to base some more questions on... This has an odor of fish well past its 'sell by' date.
